Hi Steve, how did you get your cover photo to upload? I have tried everything. Was it a jpg? What was the file size? What were the pixel dimensions?

This was a few months ago. There seems to be an issue with WordPress currently. I’m not able to upload a new cover photo.

I’m having trouble uploading my cover photo. I have tried different file sizes, different file types (jpg, gif and png) and different aspect ratios. Nothing seems to upload. I did upload a profile photo but that was going to be my cover photo. -

What software program do you use to crop your photos? I’m trying to update my profile with a photo and it never uploads. Does it have to be a 1140 W by 452 H ratio?

Select an image from your computer to upload or change your cover photo. The image must be larger than 1140px in width and 452px in height (1140×452 pixels) to attain quality cover photo.

Getting a 403 error for https://scmm.org/wp-content/uploads/ right after uploading an image.
